Joseph Kaiser

Administrative Assistant

Back in 2021, I joined the team as an Administrative Assistant. Most of my time in the office is spent handling books and numbers, but I've found that the heart of admin work is "support".

My experience in office administration goes back to 2015, after graduating from The University of Toronto. Since then, I've been lucky to work with professionals who let me support them, and learn from their expertise in turn.

There's plenty to be done around the office, so you may not see me around the storefront often - but I'm always ready to lend a helping hand. When not at work, I like to spend my time making art with friends

Here to Serve

A native of France, my family and I immigrated in 1978 when I was just 3. My position here at nu décor is “Here to Serve”. Serving to me is not only about our clients but also serving the team here at nu décor.

Paint and wallpaper has always been a part of my family heritage as I began to work with my father at the young age of 8, helping with whatever I could. Now after 30 years of experience I lead teams not only through decorating projects but also general contracting projects of all types and sizes.

We are very excited to take our business to new heights with the help of Warrior Coaching and make us a leader in the industry as we strive to better understand and serve our clients.

While away from serving I enjoy a wide variety of sports and traveling with family.

Retail/Customer Service

I joined the team in 2025 as a Sales and Service Assistant. I have a strong background in retail and customer service, where I’ve developed a deep appreciation for clear communication, attention to detail, and creating positive experiences for every person I interact with. I am reliable, approachable, and dedicated to delivering excellent service.

I am committed to approaching every task with professionalism, sincerity, and a people-first mindset. I am eager to continue growing and learning, making meaningful connections throughout my journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and volunteering in the community. I also value spending quality time and making memories with friends and family.

Bookkeeper/Finance Administrator

I joined the team in January 2023 as an Administrative Assistant and have since grown into the role of Bookkeeper/Finance Administrator. With a background in accounting and extensive customer service experience, I bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a steady, solutions-focused approach to my work.

I support the team across various tasks and responsibilities, always striving to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a positive, hardworking mindset. I’m also happy to be a point of contact for anyone interested in what our company offers — you’re welcome to reach out with any questions or inquiries. I’m here to help guide you through how we can bring your ideas and dreams to life!

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, spending time in nature, being near the water, and travelling with my family.
